JKSSB: Final Selection for 3422 Class-IV Posts

The Final Selection List for 3422 Class-IV posts under Phase-II, as advertised in Notification No. 01 of 2020 dated June 4, 2020, was officially released by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) on October 6, 2022. This selection process included candidates from various District, Divisional, and Union Territory Cadres.

Withheld Recommendations

Among the selected candidates, 87 recommendations were withheld due to specific reasons outlined in Annexure-A of the notice. The candidates whose recommendations were withheld were required to submit the necessary documents within one month from the issuance of the selection list. However, many candidates failed to comply within the stipulated time

Final Opportunity for Submission

To expedite the resolution of these withheld cases, the JKSSB has decided to grant a final opportunity for the affected candidates to submit the required documents. Candidates must provide the necessary documentation, along with any required undertakings, within 21 days from the date of this notice.

 

The submission can be made at either the J&K Services Selection Board office in Jammu or Srinagar, depending on the candidate’s convenience.Failure to submit the required documents within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of their recommendations. No further claims or representations will be entertained after this period.

This notice serves as a crucial reminder for the candidates to act promptly to secure their positions.

Final Selection List-cum-Allocation of Cadres/Departments for remaining Class-IV posts-Final Notice thereof.

 

The Final Selection for 3422 Class-IV posts, under Phase-II, In District/ Divisional/Union Territory Cadres, advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2020 dated 04.06.2020, was notified by the Board vide Notification No. SSB/Secy/Sel/Class TV/2021/6202-09 dated 06.10.2022

 

Among others, the recommendations of 87 candidates, as figuring in Annexure-A, were kept withheld due to the reasons indicated against each.

 

The above Final Selection List, inter-alia provided that such candidates whose recommendations are withheld shall submit the requisite documents within One Month' from the date of Issuance of the list positively. However, despite the lapse of considerable time, these candidates have failed to submit the requisite documents.

 

In order to expedite a decision on these withheld cases, it has been decided that all such candidates shall be afforded a final opportunity to submit the necessary documents with regard withheld candidature, failing which the recommendation shall be cancelled.

Accordingly, the candidates, as figuring in Annexure-A to this Notice, are hereby afforded a Last and Final Opportunity to submit the necessary documents as proof, along with an Undertaking wherever required, with regard to their withheld recommendations within twenty one (21) days from the date of issuance of this Notice, in the J&K Services Selection Board, CPO Chowk, Panjthirthi, Jammu /Zam Zam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar (as per convenience), beyond which no further claim/representation whatsoever shall be entertained and the withheld cases shall be cancelled forthwith.
